We are extremely excited to announce that we have been appointed by Eurotunnel Le Shuttle to work on wayfinding and signage projects across both Folkestone and Calais terminals. Our scope includes a full audit and evaluation of existing user journeys and wayfinding signage and strategies, input into customer research, development and delivery of several wayfinding projects and design and development of a set of site wide signage and wayfinding guidelines.
